The Friends are an informal stewardship group for the Mianus River Park, the 300 acre park owned by the Town of Greenwich, the City of Stamford and the State (93 acres known as Treetops). The Friends projects include stream bank restoration and protection projects to assure cold water habitat for trout. The Mianus River is a managed trout stream within the park.
